Top 5 Vegan Restaurants in London

If you’re going to London and you’re vegan, get excited! Vegan options are everywhere. When all else fails, you always have the grocery store Whole Foods as a fail-safe. Even if you’re not vegan, the vegan food in London will exceed your expectations. It’s so delicious that you won’t even realize it’s healthy until after you’ve scarfed down your entire plate! I’ve rounded up this list of the top 5 vegan restaurants in London.

I visited all 5 of these amazing vegan restaurants during my trip to London last week. Every time we visit London, I’m blown away by how delicious the vegan food is. London offers an array of cuisines and types of vegan food. I miss it already!

Here are my picks for the top 5 vegan restaurants in London & my favorite dishes from each.

1 / Mildred’s

Mildred’s definitely tops our list. Not only do they make amazing vegan comfort food, but also the atmosphere is great. My husband likes that they serve alcohol. It feels like a normal restaurants, somewhere you could take non-vegan friends and family to win them over. My favorite dishes are the roman artichokes with aioli, polish beetroot burger, and Lebanese chick’n. Mildred’s has 4 locations in London, but we normally go to the Soho one.

2 / Nama Foods

I love having raw vegan food every now and then. Nama Foods, a raw vegan restaurant tucked away in Notting Hill, is quaint and comfortable. My favourites are the pad Thai and seaweed salad. Plus, I never leave without a couple of their raw Oreos. You can read more about everything we ate here.

3 / Deliciously Ella Deli

I’d head to the Deliciously Ella Deli for lunch often. Not only do I love supporting other plant-based bloggers, but the food is super delicious. It’s very vibrant a colourful. I’m a big fan of the Tuscan bean stew. Also, you can’t go wrong with the create-your-own salad bowl which changes regularly. I’m always sure to grab some of the oat bars and energy balls while I’m there too.

4 / Farmacy

Located on Westbourne Grove in Notting Hill, Farmacy is great for a more refined and satisfying plant-based meal. They grown their own biodynamic vegetables locally. You can’t go wrong with the mac n’ cheese, their signature vegan burger, or one of their wholesome earth bowls.

5 / Club Mexicana

I’ve loved Club Mexicana ever since they popped up at Kerb in Camden Market. They offer 100% vegan Mexican street food. Their fully loaded nachos with “chorizo” and red pepper queso are so delicious. It’s definitely worth trying all of their tacos too. Everything here tastes amazing.
