Wish List Wednesday // Vegan Football Snacks

wish-list-vegan-football-snacks I’d just like to draw attention to the fact that, because we live in Hong Kong, my boyfriend has to wake up at 1am and 4am on Monday morning to watch Sunday night football. I even sometimes watch it with him to help cheer on his fantasy football players. We are fully aware that this is completely crazy. As ridiculous as it may sound, I kind of enjoy it. Seriously, what’s better than biting into a warm, fresh-out-of-the-oven chocolate chip cookie? I just love when the chocolate chips are a little bit melty and the cookie is soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. You can really never go wrong with a delicious chocolate chip cookie. State of Mind Sunday // Seasonal September Berries

seasonal september vegan recipes I’m sorry again, but I feel like I have to apologize for being gone another week. Last week was just so busy with my business and some very spontaneous social events. My boyfriend and I went to the horse races in Happy Valley on Wednesday, then went to see The Merchant of Venice put on by the Shakespeare’s Globe on Thursday, and had a big dinner feast last night with my boyfriend’s family to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival. On top of that, I did a 3-day juice cleanse starting Friday which left me with little energy or effort to do much of anything to be honest. But I’m back with these lovely seasonal recipes for September using berries!
