Happy (almost!) Easter! I’m flying to Thailand for the long weekend with my boyfriend. Julian wants some sun and to enjoy his last holiday off work for a while. I couldn’t argue with that! Also, it’s his birthday this month, so really anything goes haha. Last week, I escaped to London with my boyfriend. We were there partly for business and partly for pleasure, but it turned into a massive eating frenzy. Since the last time I visited London in February, even more delicious plant-based food had blossomed which I was so happy to see.
