Which means most of my family and friends back in the US are gearing up for a nice, long 3 day weekend full of relaxing by the pool, getting together for BBQs, and soaking up the sun. I’ve rounded up these 10 vegan Memorial Day recipes, which include everything from vegan cheese dip to peanut butter cup freezer fudge to chocolate popsicles. It’s so easy to eat plant-based, whole foods during Memorial Day with no stress!

Happy (almost!) Easter! I’m flying to Thailand for the long weekend with my boyfriend. Julian wants some sun and to enjoy his last holiday off work for a while. I couldn’t argue with that! Also, it’s his birthday this month, so really anything goes haha. Anyways, while we’re having a tropical Easter, I’m dreaming of simple ways to livey it up and make an unconventional twist on the traditional Easter. Hope you enjoy these tips for how to throw a fun (and simple!) Easter party!
Last week, I escaped to London with my boyfriend. We were there partly for business and partly for pleasure, but it turned into a massive eating frenzy. Since the last time I visited London in February, even more delicious plant-based food had blossomed which I was so happy to see. As a big fan of small, locally-run businesses, it was cool to meet so many young entrepreneurs spreading some really bomb-dot-com vegan food around the city. From Mexican burritos to donuts to sushi to brownies, I really had everything I’ve ever dreamed of. I hope you enjoy this list of the top 5 vegan eats in London that I discovered on my latest trip!
