In honor of #nationalchocolatechipday last week, I couldn’t resist baking up a batch of these simple, delicious vegan and gluten-free chocolate chip cookies. They taste just like classic chocolate chip cookies, so I promise if you give them to a group of non-vegans they’ll like them too! I taste tested them multiple times (such a daunting task I know) and these were given the ultimate thumbs up.
Happy hump day everyone! I’m super excited to share the recipe for these delicious, chewy raw vegan salted caramel cookie sandwiches. They’re super sweet, but naturally sweetened, so they definitely make for an extra special healthy-ish plant-based treat. I nommed on them over the weekend to reward myself after a week of hard work! I’ve had some requests for this recipe on Instagram, so I wanted to quickly get it up so you can enjoy it too.
