Halloween is creeping up on us! Day by day, I’ve been checking off my list of everything I want to do leading up to Halloween. I watched Hocus Pocus, went to see the Halloween villains parade at Disneyland with my fiance, and bought a ridiculous amount of pumpkin everything (mini pumpkins, pumpkin napkins, pumpkin trick-or-treat buckets, pumpkin lantern).
Now, I’ve got Halloween candy on my mind, so I rounded up this list of 6 chocolatey vegan Halloween candy recipes for you to sink your teeth into! If you’re a candy lover like me, then you’ll definitely enjoy making these healthier Halloween candy recipes over the next week.
Halloween is less than a week away! I can’t believe October is almost over. It’s really gone by in the blink of an eye for me. I’ve been keeping so busy I haven’t even had a chance to think about it. I’m in the middle of the hurricane so to speak, but I see the light at the end of the tunnel. Come this weekend, I’ll have time to finally take a breather and hopefully whip up a last minute costume in time to celebrate Halloween. Speaking of, what would Halloween be without candy? So, I’ve rounded up these 5 vegan recipes for yummy, homemade Halloween candy if you’re feeling up for it.
I’d probably be better off saying these are vegan alternatives to Reese’s peanut butter cups. But you get the point! Basically, Reese’s were my favorite Halloween candy by far when I was a kid. After trick-or-treating in our neighborhood, my best friend Eileen and I would go back to my house and dump out all our candy on the floor and count it. Those BIG Reese’s cups were always the best surprise! And quite rare, because most people handed out smaller-sized candy. I cherised those peanut butter cups like they were shining trophies. Just because I’m vegan, I’m not going to miss out on my favorite candy, so I’ve rounded up these 5 easy, vegan Reese’s peanut butter cup recipes!
