A perfectly messy, healthier take on the PB&J. I mean come on, you really can’t have a proper nut butter and jelly sandwich without having the jam ooze from the sides. If anyone has any solutions, I’m all ears! Anyways, you just need to stop what you’re doing and make this because nothing beats nut butter + banana + strawberry jam.
There’s been a major heat wave in Los Angeles lately and I’m not complaining. The warmer it is, the more I find myself at the farmer’s market admiring all the bright & colorful berries and fresh produce. The sunshine puts me in an especially happy mood and there’s nothing I like more than channeling that positivity into creating delicious, nourishing food. So it looks like this weekend will be full of strawberry flavored breakfast creations!
