So, I shared on my Instagram & recipe blog post yesterday that we received some bad news. We will not be making it to Nashville for the 4th of July and my boyfriend’s best friend’s wedding. But instead of staying down about it, we whipped up a batch of these raw peanut butter cookie dough balls and went back to the drawing board. The good news? Now we’ll be taking a trip to Paris + the south of France for 2 weeks! As we plan like crazy, I’ve had my mind on the recent summer solstice and strawberry moon. It’s the longest day of the year and the rose moon is a once-in-a-lifetime sighting that hasn’t happened since 1967. Which just makes me feel like everything is going to be okay.
