Happy hump day everyone! I’m super excited to share the recipe for these delicious, chewy raw vegan salted caramel cookie sandwiches. They’re super sweet, but naturally sweetened, so they definitely make for an extra special healthy-ish plant-based treat. I nommed on them over the weekend to reward myself after a week of hard work! I’ve had some requests for this recipe on Instagram, so I wanted to quickly get it up so you can enjoy it too.
This raw vegan donut cereal is basically the best ever. It’s all my favorite breakfasts combined into one: cereal + donuts + rawnola + sprinkles. It’s the perfect extra special treat for a special occasion, be it a birthday, anniversary, or holiday. The recipe itself requires only 1 bowl and 20 minutes to prepare! Plus, it’s dairy-free, vegan, gluten-free, and free of refined sugar. I hope you love this donut cereal as much as I do!
I’m taking notice of what recipes you all request on Instagram, so if you’re following me on there please give me a shoutout when you see something you’d like me to share here on the blog! I got really good feedback on this sticky date almond butter nicecream which is a new favorite flavor of mine. It tastes so much like salted caramel! It’s absolutely delicious, healthy, and super easy to make. I love sitting down with a big bowl of nicecream (or banana ice cream as you may know it) for breakfast or sometimes even lunch or dessert during the summer. I’ve added some rawnola balls too, because I put rawnola on everything.
