I’m taking notice of what recipes you all request on Instagram, so if you’re following me on there please give me a shoutout when you see something you’d like me to share here on the blog! I got really good feedback on this sticky date almond butter nicecream which is a new favorite flavor of mine. It tastes so much like salted caramel! It’s absolutely delicious, healthy, and super easy to make. I love sitting down with a big bowl of nicecream (or banana ice cream as you may know it) for breakfast or sometimes even lunch or dessert during the summer. I’ve added some rawnola balls too, because I put rawnola on everything.
It’s been ages since I’ve had donuts! Maybe it’s the memories of stopping by Krispy Kreme & Dunkin Donuts as a kid during summer vacation, but I’ve been craving them so I set out to make a healthier vegan & gluten-free version. I realized that I had a couple of ripe & spotty bananas to use up, so I thought why not turn these bananas into some donuts? The result was the most delicious, soft & dense cinnamon sugar banana bread donuts. Seriously, they’re so addicting that I couldn’t stop at eating just one.
I’m back at it this week with this delicious, crunchy tahini chickpea slaw! Most people claim to have a love-hate relationship with salads, or let’s be real probably a mostly hate relationship. I used to be that way, but once I started experimenting and making my own abundant salads at home I realized how yummy and wholesome they can be. I literally laugh when I see those tiny take-away salads at cafes now, because I make my salads in a big bowl about the size of my head. This super easy vegan & gluten-free tahini slaw would be a great, mayo-free healthier alternative to coleslaw!
