I made a big batch of blueberry chia jam earlier and had it just sitting in my fridge. I used it occasionally to make PB&J sandwiches during the week, but had some leftovers. As I always do on Sundays, I wanted to clean out my fridge. So I thought I’d make oat squares layered with the blueberry chia seed jam. They’re like a blueberry crumble in bar form, with naturally sweetened oats as the base layered with jam and topped with an oat crumble.
