Mantra Monday // Hello Fall

hello fall // free wallpaper downloads Fall officially arrives in only a couple of days! I’m welcoming this new season with open arms, happy thoughts, and good vibes. Our plate is full with travel plans, wholesale orders for our business, farmer’s markets, and movie nights. I’ve already drastically cut back on the amount of TV I watch, so I’m pretty proud of myself for that. My other goal is to spend more time outside which I’m actively doing by going out to eat more and meeting my boyfriend for drinks (hot tea for me). Besides that, I’m super ready to start prepping for the holiday season which means my kitchen will constantly smell like freshly baked cookies. In the festive spirit of the season, I’ve made these free “hello fall” wallpapers for you to dress your tech. Click through for the downloads!

It by no means feels like fall here in Hong Kong. It’s still 80 degrees Fahrenheit every single day, which calls for shorts and a t-shirt. I’ve got my cozy knit sweaters and worn-in jeans begging to be worn, but it doesn’t look like it’ll be happening any time soon. I miss watching the colors of the leaves change in my front yard and walking outside to feel the cool fall breeze. I’m starting to get homesick again, which tends to happen around the holiday season.

I just miss all the decorations my mom used to put up. I want to sit in my house on Halloween and hand out candy to all the adorable little kids that come trick-or-treating. I can’t believe I’m already thinking about Halloween, but I can’t help if that’s where my mind wonders! Halloween isn’t really celebrated here in Hong Kong, so I’m feeling nostalgic. But the good part is I’ll still make healthy Halloween candy bars, decorate our apartment with pumpkins, and watch The Nightmare Before Christmas, Hocus Pocus, and all the classic Halloween movies. Of course, I’ll be having a Harry Potter marathon too!
