As you may have noticed, I picked “mint” as my inspiration for this week. I just can’t get enough of it! The color, the flavor, the scent, everything. So here are 5 vegan recipes with mint. It is light, refreshing, & bright, and it is getting me extra excited for the upcoming spring months (too soon to think about?).
On that note, here are 5 vegan recipes with mint:

I’ve made a vegan shamrock shake that would taste super tasty with mint. It’s basically like a milkshake. You could also try throwing mint into my green detox smoothie bowl or detox green juice. I feel like mint may be good on a summer salad, with a bit of fruit too like watermelon, peach, or apple.
