I Love London

state-of-mind-sunday-london

It’s happening! Amidst all the chaos in my life right now, I’m dropping it all to accompany my boyfriend on a business trip to London. Traveling is the one thing I’ve never been able to say no to. No matter how much work I have, I would drop it all for the chance to travel. I love traveling so much (who doesn’t?) and London is one of my favorite cities in the world. It’s starting to feel like a home away from home.

From the cold weather to West End musical theater to vegan food around every corner, London holds the promise of a good time.

We went for our 3 year anniversary in February. My boyfriend has business to attend to this time so off we go again. We already booked tickets to see The Lion King musical, which has even drawn comparisons to Shakespeare. After seeing The Merchant of Venice recently, I’ve got high expectations. Shakespeare’s plays have always been a favorite of mine.

Here are a couple of my current favorite vegan restaurants in London.

I’ve got a whole list of vegan places I want to eat at. Some are regulars of mine like: Cookies & Scream Bakery, Nama Foods, and Borough Market. And others are new like: Club Mexicana (all vegan Mexican street food), Ruby’s of London (vegan donuts and cupcakes), Itadaki Zen (vegan sushi/Japanese food), and Yorica (vegan ice cream/shakes). Check out my vegan food guide to London and listed my top 5 favorite vegan restaurants in London. You can definitely expect more new photos, restaurants reviews, and maybe even videos from my upcoming trip!
