Despite my best efforts, I couldn’t help but keep the photos from NYC Fashion Week from popping up on my Instagram feed. And the more I didn’t want to, the more I found myself scrolling endlessly looking at all the outfits, shiny stars, and cute ensembles. As much as I don’t want to admit it, I love clothes like any girl. Although most days you’ll find me in an x-large oversized t-shirt and ripped boyfriend jeans, I like to dress up every now and then. With that said, I always go for comfort first, so here are the 4 fall fashion looks I’m loving right now!

1. All black everything.
It’s a rule plain and simple for a reason. Black really does look good on everyone. It’s flattering, classy, and simply badass. I don’t know anyone who doesn’t love wearing black, myself included. What’s better is that it’s the perfect fall color. I’m loving this black on black look complete with black jeans.

2. Denim Jacket + Light Dress
I love the idea of throwing a denim jacket over a cute, ruffly lightweight dress! This outfit is perfect for the transition to fall. Especially in Hong Kong, where it’s still in mid-eighties and not quite cold yet. I’m totally going to start doing this for date nights or dinners out on the town.

3. Chunk knit sweater + denim jeans
This ensemble of a chunky sweater and jeans has me written all over it. It’s exactly what I love wearing in my day to day life! My all-time favorite sweater is an off-white chunky knit cashmere blend that looks similar to this one. I love the idea of wearing it with a delicate, gold necklace!

4. Grey mohair sweater + grey jeans + white sneakers
I’m a big fan of oversized sweaters. Seriously, how cozy does this one look? I find myself buying large sized sweaters, because I really do like them big enough to engulf my whole body. I love the look of grey on grey with white Stan Smiths or other white sneakers!
This was such a fun round-up for me! I wake up each day wishing with all my might that the weather has cooled down. So far, I’ve had no luck but fingers crossed it comes soon, so I can get my cozy sweaters out.
