Almond Butter & Coconut Bliss Balls

Almond Butter & Coconut Bliss Balls

Okay, stop what you’re doing right now. You have to make these! Honestly ever since I discovered “bliss balls” I can’t stop making them.  They are truly life changing. These almond butter & coconut bliss balls are naturally sweet and chewy.

I don’t know about you but I am a big snack person. I can’t go more than 3 hours without eating something or else I get grumpy. The best part about “bliss balls” is they solve this problem and leave me super satisfied!

If you haven’t heard of bliss balls before, they’re basically bite-sized treats filled with whole, raw superfoods. This means they are really good for you and your body (woohoo!). Definitely don’t let their size fool you. They will definitely fill you up! A couple of these go a long way.

You only need a few ingredients, all of which are pantry staples.

So I already had them laying around, all I had to do was toss them in my food processor. I used a delicious combo of rolled oats, shredded coconut, dates, & almond butter for the base. Then I tossed in some vanilla and a pinch of salt for some extra flavor. I “taste-tested” the mixture before rolling, and had to force myself not to eat it all right then and there!

The recipe is super simple and takes only minutes to whip up. Just pop them in the freezer overnight and you’ll have on-the-go treats ready for you all week long.
