Energy bites make the most yummy, easy & healthy snack ever! These no-bake oatmeal raisin energy bites can be made in under 15 minutes. It’s as easy as blending up 6 plant-based ingredients to make these chewy, vegan & gluten-free balls of bliss. Packed with real whole foods, you’d be surprised how filling they are. One ball goes a long way!
If you’re like me, you try to keep snacks on you at all times. Energy bites (or bliss balls as I often call them) are the easiest solution to healthy snacking for anyone with a sweet tooth. If you’re in a rush, don’t worry because these babies just require you to blend up a couple of ingredients, roll them into balls, and you’re ready to go. The best part? They literally taste exactly like oatmeal raisin cookies but require no baking at all.
Unlike regular oatmeal raisin cookies, these energy bites are vegan, gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and oil-free. But besides them being uber good for you and your body, they taste better than any oatmeal raisin cookies I’ve ever had. Plus, I love how chewy they are. They just melt in your mouth!
I even had little kids try these energy bites at a yoga festival over the weekend as the ultimate taste test. Guess what? They loved them and kept saying, “more, more”. It just goes to show that something can taste delicious without any artificial additives or processed ingredients. You won’t miss your old boring packaged snacks one bit.
I promise that these oatmeal raisin energy bites will really knock your socks off. Made with 100% good-for-you, healthy ingredients, they are truly magic. I’m the type of person who craves cookies and sweets a lot, so these are a great solution to curbing my cravings. I might as well have called them ‘cookie dough bites’.
