Yummy! Tacos are the best. I don’t think I’ve ever met someone who doesn’t like tacos. That being said, there are endless ways to amp up your vegan taco game. I love that Sophie added an Asian twist to traditional tacos by adding a sweet meets spicy miso sauce with lime-marinated red cabbage and carrots plus sesame seeds, scallions, cilantro & sliced green apple.
