Last week, I escaped to London with my boyfriend. We were there partly for business and partly for pleasure, but it turned into a massive eating frenzy. Since the last time I visited London in February, even more delicious plant-based food had blossomed which I was so happy to see. As a big fan of small, locally-run businesses, it was cool to meet so many young entrepreneurs spreading some really bomb-dot-com vegan food around the city. From Mexican burritos to donuts to sushi to brownies, I really had everything I’ve ever dreamed of. I hope you enjoy this list of the top 5 vegan eats in London that I discovered on my latest trip!
The photo above perfectly epitomizes my ideal fall vacation. The photographer and his friends took a road trip through the beautifully foggy, sprawling landscapes of Oregon documenting their trip along the way. I miss the States, especially visiting my grandparents in the North Georgia mountains. It’s simply stunning, laid back, and humble. Everything I want in a place. So, I have to say that a road trip through the mountains anywhere in the States would be number 1 on my list of top fall travel destinations.

Since I just recently got back from the most amazingly spectacular birthday trip in Ubud, Bali, I thought it would only be fair if I shared my favorite vegan restaurants there with you. We went to Ubud because it’s peaceful and fun, nestled in the rice paddies and surrounded by the jungle. I grew up surrounded by the sounds of the forest and when we went to Bali last year, I fell in love with Ubud instantly even though we only spent the day there. I loved the scenery, but let’s be real I really loved the food too. It was vegan paradise, so this time we went I was determined to make it a foodie trip.
