I’ve always wanted to travel to Italy. In my mind, Italy represents romance, love, and passion thanks to my literary mind. I’ve dreamed of going there for years, so I decided to dedicate an entire post to admiring the beautiful landscapes, food, and culture that Italy has to offer. I’m hoping that in the next couple of years, my dream of visiting Italy will finally come true!

I’ve put together this short glamping guide for anyone looking to take a trip to the wilderness that ebbs on the more luxurious side. Trust me, this is a far cry from my childhood spent camping out old-school style by a river in the Blue Ridge Mountains. I was a Girl Scout after all, so I spent countless weeks at sleep-away camp growing up and loved every minute of it. The bugs and the darkness didn’t bother me one bit. But now, I have to admit I’d probably prefer camping out at one of these 3 uber-cool hideaways.
Last week, I escaped to London with my boyfriend. We were there partly for business and partly for pleasure, but it turned into a massive eating frenzy. Since the last time I visited London in February, even more delicious plant-based food had blossomed which I was so happy to see. As a big fan of small, locally-run businesses, it was cool to meet so many young entrepreneurs spreading some really bomb-dot-com vegan food around the city. From Mexican burritos to donuts to sushi to brownies, I really had everything I’ve ever dreamed of. I hope you enjoy this list of the top 5 vegan eats in London that I discovered on my latest trip!
