You may be sick of hearing this, but I’m really super duper excited for our upcoming trip to Italy. It’s t-minus 6 days until we leave! I can’t believe the moment has finally arrived when my childhood dream of riding around on a vespa in Italy comes true. Let’s be real, ever since I saw the Lizzie McQuire movie, I imagined a summer spent pretending to be an Italian pop star, listening to Italian music, and eating loads of carbs. As I get ready to pack, I’ve rounded up this list of my top 6 “must-haves” for a summer euro trip.

I’ve rounded up my guide for the top 8 vegan eats in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania! I’ve personally never been to Pittsburgh myself, but I’ve heard only good things. It’s known for classic American comfort food (Heinz ketchup is based there!). Now that my friends have graduated college and are moving all over the place for work, I’m expanding my horizons too. Pittsburgh was rated one of the best cities to live in only a couple years ago! Anyways, I’m always on the lookout for new vegan restaurants to spark my creativity, so I hope you enjoy this round-up as much as I did.

We’re going to Italy in July! I can’t believe it. Seriously, it’s a dream come true. After months and months of dreaming and talking about it, my boyfriend booked our flights to Rome next month. We’ll be spending 15 glorious days walking the sun-drenched streets, gazing at the ruins, living the history, and exploring the beaches. We have a tentative plan to go to Rome first then drive down the Amalfi Coast and the rest of Southern Italy for a week and a half. Please give us all your suggestions for places to see, things to do, and where to eat!
