It’s sporadically hot & sunny one second and then raining the next second here in Hong Kong! I’ve still managed to bang out my 5 mile daily morning run, but my cravings have slowly but surely started to change. I blame it on the weather (only teasing!). I’ll get more into my appetite changes below, but for the time being I’m loving this easy, 4-ingredient raw vegan cinnamon peanut butter nice cream. It’s a great way to get a healthy, extra dose of protein in post-workout!
This raw vegan donut cereal is basically the best ever. It’s all my favorite breakfasts combined into one: cereal + donuts + rawnola + sprinkles. It’s the perfect extra special treat for a special occasion, be it a birthday, anniversary, or holiday. The recipe itself requires only 1 bowl and 20 minutes to prepare! Plus, it’s dairy-free, vegan, gluten-free, and free of refined sugar. I hope you love this donut cereal as much as I do!
Hello 2017! And hello to everyone who has stuck around with me for the past 2 years. It’s been a roller coaster ride. I moved from Hong Kong to Los Angeles to Atlanta and then back to Hong Kong. I traveled all over the world, started my own business, and celebrated my grandmother’s 80th birthday. I’ve grown and changed so much that it’s hard to put into words.
I’m happy to be celebrating the 2nd anniversary of A Sunshine Mission. It was my New Year’s Resolution to share my recipes as I tried and failed and tried and failed again to figure out what healthy really means to me. Thank you all for joining me on this journey, which has culminated in me finally finding my balance. I’m excited to announce A Sunshine Mission 2.0! It’s a new year and a new me.
